Senior People & Culture Business Partner | Immediate Start
2-Month Temp Contract | 5 days on-site Role

The Role
Take on an immediate temp opportunity as a Senior HRBP for a major global manufacturing and distribution business. This immediate-start contract puts you at the center of a large-scale AU business unit, where you’ll partner with site managers to maintain operational stability and uphold best-practice HR standards on the ground.

Your role

• End-to-End HRBP Support: Manage the full employee lifecycle

• Employee Relations: Provide expert advice on complex matters, investigations, and compliance within an industrial framework.

• Change Management: Support change initiatives and organisational design projects.

• Systems & Data: Oversee P&C operations to drive data integrity and reporting.

• Stakeholder Management: Partner with AU Head of P&C and global executives to support people strategies.

About You

• Experience: Strong background as an HR Generalist, ideally within a blue-collar or industrial environment.

• Technical Skills: Comfortable navigating ER matters and site-based people operations.

• Availability: Immediate start required for a 2-month temporary contract.

• On-site presence: You are happy to be fully on-site 5 days/week (staff parking available)
